For companies preparing to register, bid, recruit, or establish a presence in Libya. This includes registration support, setting up a local presence, liaising with government agencies, and coordinating local services.

3- The complete management model:

For companies requiring broader local operational support in Libya. This includes market entry services, financial and administrative support, coordination of government meetings, and preparation of structured reports.

4- Operational workflow:

The process begins with initial communication and understanding the company's needs, followed by a legal and compliance review, and then a suitable proposal and contract. The process concludes with file closure upon completion or renewal if ongoing support is required.

Following the agreement, Opal's office will handle local representation, government procedures, and tax and financial obligations, while providing periodic progress reports.
